Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of mohavedentandpaintrepair.com and any services provided by Mohave Dent and Paint Repair, owned and operated by Donald O'Banion ("we," "us," or "our"). By using this site, requesting a quote, or hiring us to perform work, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

We provide mobile paintless dent repair (PDR), scratch repair, bumper repair, and paint repair services throughout Mohave County and surrounding areas. All work is performed on the vehicle described in your quote and approved in advance.

2. Quotes & Estimates

Quotes provided from photos, texts, or online submissions are preliminary estimates. Final pricing is confirmed after in-person inspection of the vehicle. Hidden damage, rust, previous repairs, or additional panels may change the final price. You will be notified of any change before work begins.

3. Mobile Service Requirements

• A safe, legal, and accessible location for us to perform the work.
• For paint work: a shaded, clean, and reasonably level surface. Extreme heat, cold, wind, rain, or dust may cause us to reschedule.
• Access to a standard 120V power outlet may be required for some jobs.
• You confirm that you are the vehicle owner or have authorization to have the work performed.

4. Appointments & Cancellations

Please give at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or reschedules. No-shows or same-day cancellations may be subject to a trip fee.

5. Payment

Payment is due upon completion of the work unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept the payment methods listed at the time of scheduling. Returned payments may be subject to fees and collection.

6. Warranty

We stand behind our workmanship. Paintless dent repair is warranted for as long as you own the vehicle against the dent returning under normal conditions. Paint and refinish work is warranted against defects in our workmanship (peeling, cracking, or lifting of applied materials) for the period disclosed on your invoice. This warranty does not cover:

• New damage, accidents, hail, rock chips, or vandalism after our work.
• Pre-existing rust, prior body filler, prior aftermarket paint, or panels we did not repair.
• Damage from improper washing (automatic brush washes within 30 days of paint work), abrasive chemicals, or neglect.
• Normal wear, UV fading, or environmental fallout.

Warranty claims must be reported promptly and are limited to repair or refund of the affected work, at our option.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of any service is limited to the amount you paid for that service. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of use of the vehicle. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

8. Insurance & Claims

If your repair is being billed through an insurance claim, you are responsible for coordinating with your carrier and for any deductible. We are not a party to your insurance contract.

9. Website Use

The content on this site is provided for informational purposes. Photos, logos, and text are the property of Mohave Dent and Paint Repair or their respective owners and may not be copied or reused without permission.

10. Text Message Consent

By submitting our quote form or texting us, you agree we may contact you by call or SMS at the number provided. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Venue for any dispute is the state or federal courts located in Mohave County, Arizona.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Effective" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the site or our services after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
